Aromas of apple, pear, citrus, hints of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, spice, vanilla, almond, brioche, light oak. Generous and balanced on the palate with bright acidity and a long, smooth finish. This is our inaugural vintage of Chardonnay. The fruit was handpicked at night from Calypte Vineyard, hand sorted, barrel fermented with native yeast and aged sur lie with batonnage for 16 months in 50% new French oak. Extremely limited production at 45 cases.

Bright yellow straw hue, fresh and lifted with honeysuckle, ripe pear and tangerine aromas.  Medium bodied, it delivers ripe fruit of green melon, candied lime and delicate baking spices throughout the papate.  Soft textured fresh and floral. The fruit was handpicked from Calypte Vineyard, located in the Russian River Valley at an elevation of 500 feet. Barrel fermented and aged sur lies for 15 months. 50% new French oak. Extremely limited production of 48 cases.
